We’ve experienced a lot of set backs with this supplier and our recent one has caused a hiccup in our business operations that we have to spend weeks working to clean up the mess. The supplier produced the wrong bags in bulk after we’d purchased and created an entire marketing campaign around the correct velvet bags. I am not sure how they made such an insane mistake considering they have made this design for us before in the past. It’s costed us money. Not worth the 4 month wait. I am not sure if we’ve just experienced a bad representative or if it’s how the company operates as a whole. However, it’s been a lousy experience.

We placed an order for 4 bag styles on 12/20/23. In January the supplier stated the shipment needed to be delayed until March reluctantly we agreed as we have worked with them in the past and they had purchased the materials. March arrived and we were expecting tracking in advance to 3/20. Molly advised us that production hadn’t even began Production didn’t actually begin until late March and the product delivered to us today, APRIL 13th. one design was the completely wrong fabric, before shipment we advised them we couldn’t accept a pu leather bag when we paid for velvet suede, since it’s a previous bag all marketing surrounded the velvet design. they didn’t ship those. another bag is made visibly different from the sample we approved but it’s in acceptable condition. they sent us a video which doesn’t reflect what we actually received. so half the bags are wrong after waiting 4 months for product. this has been our worst experience on this platform.
