Doing business with this company is very good. The communication, the excellence, and their customer service is quite rewarding. I enjoy doing business with them.

We’ve experienced a lot of set backs with this supplier and our recent one has caused a hiccup in our business operations that we have to spend weeks working to clean up the mess. The supplier produced the wrong bags in bulk after we’d purchased and created an entire marketing campaign around the correct velvet bags. I am not sure how they made such an insane mistake considering they have made this design for us before in the past. It’s costed us money. Not worth the 4 month wait. I am not sure if we’ve just experienced a bad representative or if it’s how the company operates as a whole. However, it’s been a lousy experience.
